2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic
About the Role
Facility Maintenance Technician Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities. Performs preventive
maintenance activities, responding to customer complaints, and repairing equipment. Repairs and adjusts doors, windows,
closures, panic devices and locks. Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to
maintain building appearance. Makes minor masonry and wood repairs. Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung
furnishings, and equipment as requested. Enters data into computer systems and or mobile devices. A high school diploma
or equivalent. No experience required. 20-35 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 10-20 lbs, 67-100% of the workday
