Apartment Community Groundskeeper

About the Role

We're seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness, safety, and common-area appearance. Key

Responsibilities: Maintain exterior common areas: sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways

Empty and clean trash/recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces

and common areas as needed Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs (fencing, signage, trash cans, lighting

fixtures) Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment (pavement sweepers, blowers, pressure washers) Monitor and

report safety hazards, property damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management Assist with move-in/move-out
