About the Role

ABM is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of

residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and

preventative services while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This role requires strong

problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting ABM Industries' standards for quality, safety,

and customer service. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with On-Call Rotation Benefit Information: ABM offers a
