to the time-honored art of traditional baking. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional scratch‐made breads, pastries,

and baked goods for our community. We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Baker to join our

team for a unique mid‐shift position. Shift Schedule Hours: 2:00 pm–11:00 PM (These hours may vary based on production

needs) Responsibilities Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of artisanal breads, pastries, and baked goods from

scratch following established recipes. Manage dough fermentation, proofing schedules, and oven temperatures to ensure
