Upgrade to $1,000-$1,400/week | First-Year $50,000+ We're hiring recent CDL school graduates into an OTR trainee program

that pairs you with an experienced mentor, gets you real miles, and moves you into a solo seat earning $1,000 - $1,400

per week depending on the account you land on. Training Pay: $650/week while running with a trainer (typically 46 weeks)

Length of training depends on your experience and skill progression Pay After Upgrade: $1,000 - $1,400/week as a solo

company driver (account-dependent) Some lanes may offer weekly home time, depending on where you live and account needs
