About the Role
Lead Technician Cleaner ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Technician
Cleaner. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay
communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor •
Assist with the training of cleaning team • Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work
schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Manage security of keys and access cards for
the property • Report work orders for maintenance • Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to
