Commercial HVAC Technician The commercial HVAC Technician is a skilled and motivated professional responsible for safely

and efficiently testing, repairing, and installing both new and existing mechanical systems and equipment. This role

includes performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a wide range of components, ensuring their proper

function, performance, and reliability. Key equipment maintenance and repairs will be performed on but not limited to,

Data Center systems, Chillers, Studios, TGR rooms, fire safety equipment, air compressors, cooling towers, intake and

exhaust fans, and other critical mechanical infrastructure. This position provides support for operation 24/7/365 days a
