Pre-Service Coordinator Legacy Behavioral Health is hiring individuals with a passion for making a difference in their

community! We are seeking a Pre-Service Coordinator to work in the Cook Mental Health Center. The Pre-Service

Coordinator works with consumers throughout the pre-access process to include: scheduling according to specified

appointment protocols, pre-registration of new and established consumers, insurance and eligibility verification of all

consumers to include updating registration information on established patients. In addition, the Pre Service Coordinator

is responsible for informing the consumer of referral authorization requirements, co-pays, and/or deductibles due, and
