About the Role

Custom Parts Associate The role of the Custom Parts Associate is to facilitate the production of Custom Stair parts,

keeping projects on schedule, safety, ensuring job quality standards, and providing overall great customer service to

customers. Essential Functions: Building custom stair parts (treads, curbing, balusters) within the allotted time frame

and within compliance with Southern Staircase quality standards. Verifies specifications by measuring completed

component. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain

additional resources. Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following
