About the Role

Chef-driven food is at the heart of Marlow's Tavern. The role of dishwasher/prep exists to set the stage for a

world-class dining experience, whether thru cleaning & sanitation of service-ware or preparation of food products. Daily

Responsibilities of Dishwasher include but are not limited to: Understands and adheres to all food safety and sanitation

procedures and promotes a safe work place Follow excellence in great uniform standards daily Communicates with chef,

managers and other team members to learn of daily features, events, and important shift information Retrieves sufficient

food product from storage based on daily production needs and par levels for prep Sets up station with food products and
