The role of dishwasher/prep exists to set the stage for a world-class dining experience, whether thru cleaning &

sanitation of service-ware or preparation of food products.

Daily Responsibilities of Dishwasher and Prep Cook include but are not limited to:

• Understands and adheres to all food safety and sanitation procedures and promotes a safe work place
