About the Role
Order Picker JW Pepper distribution center is hiring to fill several positions in order processing and inventory
stocking. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. All applicants must be flexible to accommodate seasonal
overtime needs, which include some evening and Saturday hours. Starting wage $16.00 an hour. Applicants must
successfully pass all pre-hire screenings, including background checks and drug tests. The order picker is responsible
for quickly and efficiently filling customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for quality and
