About the Role
As a Driver Manager/Load Planner you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing daily trucking operations.
This position requires a proactive leader who ensures efficient load planning, driver performance, and customer
satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Primary source of communication with driver, including, but not limited to, load information, purchase orders,
maintenance coordination, performance counseling and dissemination of general company news and information
