About the Role

Dispatcher The Dispatcher will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, operating, and maintaining the integrity of

Amicalola EMC's Electrical Distribution System. This position will provide consistent, timely and accurate communication

with field operations personnel as well as management and public relations personnel. The Dispatcher is responsible for

monitoring and remotely controlling automated field devices as well as dispatching crews to ensure safe and efficient

power restoration. Education & Experience: Highschool Diploma/ GED required. Prior experience as a Dispatcher or System

Operator in an electric utility system preferred. Other experience may be substituted which results in a general
