Description Job Summary: Directly supervise assigned drivers to include adherence to company policy, performance

counseling, and reviews. Daily communication with drivers that includes dispatching, tracking and tracing loads, and

pre-plans to ensure driver receives and understands vital information. Heavy daily interaction with drivers; liaison

between drivers and management to ensure that expectations are being met with respect to both service and cost. Utilize

in cab telematics tools to manage the operation through driver performance monitoring, and trip reporting functions
