About the Role

Dispatcher Savannah, GA With a focus on customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations, manage the workflow and

productivity of road work. Consistently look for operational and process improvements. Communicate in a timely manner

with customers and technicians. Ensure that repairs are quoted, completed, and followed up on in a timely manner. Fully

utilize the dispatch software system. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time. Primary

Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and process all incoming customer calls for service Open work orders upon receipt

of each call Dispatch road jobs efficiently Maintain Crown E-Order Board and update service channel regularly as needed
