Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

HEMS Dispatcher The Dispatcher works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures and/or written

instructions to perform the job duties. Responsible for scheduling and dispatching all non-emergency calls; maintains

all daily check off reports and equipment tracking. Works closely with Supervisor in relation to fleet and equipment

readiness and maintain related databases. Will routinely assist the billing office with day-to-day operations. Other job

duties as assigned. Education: Completion of a high school diploma. EMT preferred. Licensure: None. If EMT must hold a

Georgia State EMT License. Experience: On the job training provided. Previous experience in similar work related
