About the Role
Hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician I responsible for performing various semi-skilled duties associated with the
repair and maintenance of buildings, furnishings, equipment and grounds with expectation to gain familiarity of
maintenance concepts, practices and methodologies commensurate with a Tech II, Sr. Maintenance & Lead Maintenance Tech
Shift Time: Monday - Friday, dayside/standard business hours Candidate must be willing to work overtime and be on call
as business needs dictate The prospective candidate should demonstrate basic knowledge and general understanding of one
or more key building systems (HVAC, back-up power, general construction, plumbing, electrical and/or fire protection
