About the Role

Field Foreman The Field Foreman will be responsible for all job site leadership, quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities will include: Communication with general contractor's superintendent Day to day leadership of

electrical team Development of less experienced electricians Ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with the

NEC and other applicable codes Ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget Coordinate job

staffing, material orders, and job logistics with the Home Office Report to the Project Manager daily progress on the

job site Ensure proper timekeeping on the jobsite Desire to develop and take-on superintendent responsibilities Minimum
