culinary team. This role is vital to ensuring the highest quality and consistency in meat preparation, supporting our
mission to provide an exceptional dining experience. Expertly butcher, trim, debone, and portion meats, poultry, and
fish according to menu specifications and operational needs. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, inspect meat
deliveries for quality and freshness, and ensure proper storage. Minimize waste by maximizing yield from all cuts of
meat and adhering to portion control standards. Maintain and operate knives and equipment efficiently, ensuring safety
