Groundskeeper Position As a Groundskeeper at The Preston, you will play a dual role in maintaining the property's

exterior. This role is essential to creating strong first impressions, supporting resident satisfaction, and upholding

Axia's commitment to quality and professionalism. You will work closely with the maintenance and office teams to

maintain curb appeal, assist with make-readies (punch lists), contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

across the property, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. Benefits
