About the Role

Service Support Assistant The Service Support Assistant (Housekeeper/Painter/Groundskeeper/Porter) maintains property

cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units to support resident

satisfaction and leasing success. Key Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas,

models, and vacant units Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas Maintain

landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or

seasonal property tasks as needed Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor Follow company safety
