maintaining its overall appeal and creating a clean and attractive environment for our residents. Assist with
maintaining the grounds, including trash removal, addressing lighting issues, pool maintenance, painting, outdoor
amenity areas, pressure washing, cleaning outdoor furniture, pet station, breezeways, sidewalks, and buildings. Support
