About the Role
Job Title: Groundskeeper Salary: $18 to $20 Per Hour Plus Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Monday - Friday Responsibilities
Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter daily. Assist in the preparation of market‐ready
units. Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc. Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal,
inclement weather, fires, and floods. Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community as
directed. Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions. Promote customer satisfaction
by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interacting courteously and professionally with
