1st Shift (AM) Description Ability to effectively apply paint and stain evenly, consistently, and neatly on walls,
ceilings, and other surfaces. Make scheduled rounds of facility and correct areas as needed. Perform scheduled
maintenance on equipment according to manufacturers recommendations and operation manuals. Perform maintenance repairs
for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc. Assist inspectors and contractors in testing, inspections, or
repairs of equipment, building and mechanical systems and structure. Respond to all emergencies such as fire, smoke,
