About the Role

HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and

portion standards; Date all food containers and rotate as per HEI Hotels and Resorts standards; Assist in keeping buffet

stocked and set up plans to correct food cost problems; Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including deep fryer,

broiler, stove, steamer, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, waffle iron and flat top grill; Return all unused food items

to storage with proper cover/date and assist with other duties as assigned
