Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Groundskeeper to oversee grounds

maintenance operations across our residential communities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our properties

remain clean, safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff. Position Summary The Lead

Groundskeeper is responsible for leading and coordinating grounds maintenance activities for Northwest Georgia Housing

Authority properties. This position performs hands‐on landscaping and groundskeeping work while providing direction,

training, and oversight to Groundskeepers. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, equipment
