Paint Line Machine Operator Pay Rate: $20.00 $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time | Day and Night

Shifts Available | Overtime as needed BSW Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Line Machine Operator to join

our client's manufacturing facility in Adairsville, GA. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining an

automated powder coating system for structural steel components. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail,

experience in an industrial setting, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Operate automated paint line

equipment to apply powder coatings to structural steel beams. Verify paint color, finish, and coating thickness match
