About the Role

Hot Press Operator The Hot Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining hot press machines used in the

production of diamond segments. This role is crucial in sintering of diamond segments to ensuring the overall quality of

the finished product. Responsibilities include: Set up, operate, and monitor hot press machines according to

specifications Load materials (Green segments, ) into frames and then the frames into the hot press. Program and adjust

press parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) Monitor the pressing process to ensure proper bonding and quality

Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on hot press equipment Inspect finished segments for defects or
