Maintenance Mechanic in Food Industry

About the Role

This Maintenance Mechanic will perform under the supervision of a more senior mechanic while maintaining, lubricating,

and repairing productions equipment according to specifications and operating instructions. All tasks will be performed

while supporting the policies, procedures, goals and objectives of the company. Troubleshoots production and facilities

equipment and repairs or replaces gears, cams, chain drives, etc. and performs any other routine maintenance on

production equipment. May assist other mechanics in various required tasks and other unscheduled maintenance duties as

requested. Maintains workplace and equipment in a safe and orderly fashion. Ensures products meet specification
