The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As

part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and

a hazard-free environment. This is an on-site position. Pay: $23-24.50/hour, dependent on experience. Benefits Several
