About the Role

Job Requirements Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel. Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently

with limited supervision. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently. Must be able to speak and

understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Requires effective communication skills. Must

have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop,

squat and stretch to fulfill painting and engineering tasks. Job Responsibilities Receive daily work assignments from

Director of Engineer and review priorities and special projects. Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform
