About the Role
Maintenance Technician Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general and preventive
maintenance, repairs, and upkeep on physical structures, facility equipment, and grounds, ensuring compliance with OSHA
regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Duties include troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, and mechanical systems, along with performing touch-up painting, carpentry, and other structural repairs.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, operations
manuals, and industry best practices to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Assist inspectors and contractors with
