About the Role
Position Summary: The Facility Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to
keep building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role
supports day-to-day operations by responding to service requests, completing work orders, maintaining compliance with
site procedures, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed. In a startup environment, the Maintenance
Technician will adapt quickly to changes, lead in developing and optimizing new processes, and identify opportunities
