motivated new employee to join our family. We are looking for someone to come on board in a Maintenance Make Ready
Technician role. Location: Bexley Westshore Skill Level: At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry We actively assess your
skills during your first ninety days and come up with a plan to train to the next level! No HVAC certification required
