Maintenance Technician on Bakery Plant

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician for the Publix Bakery Plant youll utilize state of the art instruments and industry best

standards to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the performance of a wide array of equipment. Our Bakery Plant

produces award-winning products such as breads, rolls, cookies, pies, cakes, muffins, danish, dry mixes, fillings,

icings, and glazes. Without our Maintenance Technicians, the Publix Bakery Plant simply couldn't produce the volume and

quality of products needed to serve our customers. Our two bakery plants are located in Lakeland, Florida and Atlanta,

Georgia. One of the following positions is available: Maintenance Technician Class A, B, or C. The position offered is
