About the Role
Apartment Maintenance Technician We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a
customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; apartment punch; make readies; drywall
repair; painting; and general electrical. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Must have valid Driver's
License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience required.
