Material Handler

About the Role

Under general supervision, check, store and organize materials from the warehouse. Move materials and items from

receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves,

or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, or product code Restock material in assigned

bin location; or fill requisitions for materials and distribute items to designated delivery trucks Stack or assemble

materials into bundles and band bundles together; package orders for shipping, pick up or truck delivery Measure, cut

and package material Complete Material Movement paperwork Examine stock for deterioration and defects, and reports
