customer focus to the business. Position Overview The Machine Operator (Floater) is a position that assists production

of batteries by filling in on any of the manufacturing process. All candidates must be able to operate any manufacturing

equipment as well as be able to operate in a lead acid environment by following the safety, environmental and quality

protocols, and procedures. This is an incentivized position with the purpose of covering for those on PTO or out sick.

The right candidate will understand that the daily tasks may change and will need to remain adaptable to an everchanging
