Medical Machine Operator

About the Role

Machine Operator Cable Connections is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support the setup, operation,

troubleshooting, and quality assurance of crimping processes used in wire harness and electro-mechanical assembly

manufacturing. This role serves as the primary technical resource for crimping operations, ensuring all products meet

IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate crimping equipment, tooling,

applicators, and terminals according to product specifications. Validate machine setups and support first article

inspections and process verification. Perform crimp height measurements, pull testing, and visual inspections. Ensure
