MIG Welder, where precision meets speed. In this role, you'll fabricate metal grating products to exact specs, handling

everything from layout and assembly to welding and inspection. You'll work with advanced cutting and joining tools like

plasma and oxy/fuel equipment while sharpening your skills and growing into greater independence. SUMMARY: Step into a

hands‐on MIG Welder role where you'll build and weld steel and aluminum grating components to spec. You'll read

blueprints, operate MIG equipment, and ensure quality through visual inspection, while also using plasma and oxy/fuel
