Members to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training; Coordinates training schedule with the hiring and

training demands of all shifts; Conducts training sessions covering unloading, preloading, loading, etc.; Conducts group

and/or one-on-one training sessions, as needed; Evaluates trainees to measure progress and effectiveness of training
