Core Spaces is seeking a Porter to join their team in Athens, Georgia. The Porter will be responsible for groundskeeping

tasks, maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, and ensuring all amenity areas are presentable at all

times. Ideal candidates will have maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to

perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. This position requires working on-site with a full shift and
