Paper Machine Operator
About the Role
Interpret data from a computer system Have a strong mechanical aptitude Be able to work 12 hour rotating shift roster
(day and nights, including weekends and holidays) Monitor machines, equipment, and processes Housekeeping to include
washing up, raking up paper, shoveling debris, etc Small repairs of paper mill equipment Identify areas for process
improvement Perform test on either raw material or finished product Train other employees as well as receive training in
multiple jobs throughout the plant Built in overtime in your schedule Competitive compensation and career growth
