Part Time Maintenance Technician Per Hour

About the Role

This role is onsite Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Only candidates in Atlanta, GA 30336 area will be reviewed.

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in a variety of duties pertaining to facility maintenance and cleaning services. ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTONS: Responsible for the maintenance/upkeep of company’s grounds, warehouse area and showroom floors. Small general

mechanical repairs (electrical, plumbing, etc.) Keep coffee and ice machine areas stocked and machines up and running

Organize storage closet Check tables and chairs for loose parts Replace burnt out bulbs Stock supplies and remove empty

pallets Clean windows Clean spider webs Spot clean carpet Replace water filters every 6 months Dispose of general trash
