About the Role

2nd Shift Welder Light Industrial Pay: $20.00 Hourly 2nd Shift Welder Equipment Setup: Adjust wire feed speeds, voltage,

amperage, and gas flow rates for optimal welds. Material Preparation: Cut, grind, and clean metal workpieces before

assembly. Welding Execution: Operate GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) guns to fuse materials in flat, vertical, or overhead

positions. Quality Control: Inspect welds for defects, porosity, or cracking to ensure compliance with company and

industry standards. Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and perform routine upkeep on welding torches, clamps, and
