Property Maintenance Groundskeeper

About the Role

Facilities Oversees the maintenance of grounds for an assigned property. Operates and maintains grounds equipment as

necessary. Develops landscape plans, designs, drawings, and specifications. Makes improvements to walks, lanes, sheds,

and benches, including painting and minor repairs. Mixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides,

onto grass, shrubs and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Provides preventive maintenance pertaining

to grounds area and/or state cemeteries or park facilities along with other duties. Bachelor's degree in a related field

from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience as a supervisor or lead worker AND valid
