About the Role

Job Title Responsibilities Rigging and Signaling: Set up rigging and act as a signalman to ensure safe lifting

operations. Load Lifting: Attach loads to cranes and other lifting equipment using appropriate rigging techniques to

ensure secure lifting. Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment to ensure safety and

compliance with company policies. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including our STCKY

standards which include Struck-by, Confined Spaces, Electrical, Utility Strikes, Falls, Excavations, Falling Objects,

Cranes/Rigging, and Fire. Coordination: Work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and other team members to plan
